1、 Structure introduction
Butterfly valve, also known as branch butterfly valve, American standard convex butterfly valve adopts three eccentric structure. The seat seal is metal multi-layer hard seal structure, which is usually the interlayer of metal and graphite, such as 304 + graphite, 316 + graphite. Such hard seal can also be made into single-layer soft seal PTFE, rptfe, ppl, EPDM, NBR, etc
Three eccentric butterfly valve features:
1. Short structure size, small volume, light weight, easy to operate
2. Using the whole shaft mechanism, the butterfly plate has high strength and large flow area
