DN150 DIN standard butterfly valve lug type adopts precise hard seal and three eccentric multi-level metal hard seal structure, which is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical industry, water supply and drainage, municipal construction and other industrial pipelines to regulate flow and cut off fluid. The valve adopts three eccentric structure, the valve seat and butterfly valve sealing surface are made of different hardness and stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance and long service life.
1、 Structure introduction
DIN standard butterfly valve adopts three eccentric structure. The valve seat seal is metal multi-layer hard seal structure, which is usually sandwich between metal and graphite, such as 304 + graphite, 316 + graphite. Such hard seal can also be made into single-layer soft seal PTFE, RPTFE, PPL, EPDM, NBR, etc
Three eccentric butterfly valve features:
1. Short structure size, small volume, light weight, easy to operate
2. Using the whole shaft mechanism, the butterfly plate has high strength and large flow area
3. The unique three eccentric design reduces the friction loss of the seal and greatly prolongs the service life
4. Metal hard seal is resistant to high temperature, low temperature and high pressure, and has a wide range of applications
