Butterfly valve ss connection with ISO5211 platform has good regulation performance. The connection between actuator and valve adopts international standard. According to this standard, customers can configure manual, electric, pneumatic and other operation modes.
1、 Structure introduction
API standard butterfly valve adopts three eccentric structure. The valve seat is sealed with gold layer hard seal structure, which is usually metal and graphite layer, such as 304 + graphite, 316 + graphite. Such hard seal can also be made into single-layer soft seal PTFE, RPTFE, PPL, EPDM, NBR, etc
Three eccentric butterfly valve features:
1. Short structure size, small volume, light weight, easy to operate
2. Using the whole shaft mechanism, the butterfly plate has high strength and large flow area
3. The unique three eccentric design reduces the friction loss of the seal and greatly prolongs the service life
