300lb-6 inch API Standard butterfly wafer type valve is simple in structure, small in volume and light in weight, and only consists of a few parts. It is widely used in petroleum, gas, chemical industry, water treatment and other general industries. The valve has good fluid control characteristics.
1、 Structure introduction
API standard butterfly valve adopts three eccentric structure. The valve seat seal is metal multi-layer hard seal structure, which is usually the interlayer of metal and graphite, such as 304 + graphite, 316 + graphite. Such hard seal can also be made into single-layer soft seal PTFE, rptfe, ppl, EPDM, NBR, etc
Three eccentric butterfly valve features:
1. Short structure size, small volume, light weight, easy to operate
2. Using the whole shaft mechanism, the butterfly plate has high strength and large flow area
3. The unique three eccentric design reduces the friction loss of the seal and greatly prolongs the service life
4. Metal hard seal is resistant to high temperature, low temperature and high pressure, and has a wide range of applications
