2、Principle of 6 Inch Stainless Steel Triple Offset Butterfly Valve

3、Installation and Commissioning of 6 Inch Stainless Steel Triple Offset Butterfly Valve
1. Before installation, carefully check whether the mark of triple offset butterfly valve is consistent with the use requirements;
2. Check the passage and sealing surface of butterfly valve before installation, and remove any dirt or debris with clean soft cloth;
3. Check whether the driving device operates flexibly;
4. For the convenience of operation, it is suggested that the driving device of triple offset butterfly valve should be 1.2m from the ground;
5. For the butterfly valve installed on the horizontal pipeline, it is suggested that the valve stem should rotate perpendicular to the pipeline for the convenience of maintenance;
6. When the triple eccentric butterfly valve is side by side with the pipeline, enough space shall be reserved for operation and maintenance;
7. The inner diameter of the pipeline should be selected to ensure that thetriple offset butterfly valve can be fully opened. When installing the valve, the flow direction mark on the valve body shall be consistent with the actual flow direction;
