22 inch SS 304 butterfly valve is one of the most widely used Cr Ni stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. It is resistant to corrosion in the atmosphere. If it is in industrial atmosphere or heavily polluted area, it needs to be cleaned in time to avoid corrosion.
1、 Structure introduction
API standard butterfly valve adopts three eccentric structure, seat seal and soft seal ROTFE. RPTFE is also called reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene, which is a kind of material with good corrosion resistance. Our company can also produce SS304 + graphite, SS316 + graphite, or SS316 + PTFE, EPDM, NBR sealed butterfly valves.
Three eccentric butterfly valve features:
1. Short structure size, small volume, light weight, easy operation
2. Using the whole shaft mechanism, the butterfly plate has high strength and large flow area
