150lb-18 inch API Standard lug type nickel aluminum bronze c95800 worm gear butterfly valve adopts three eccentric design and is made of nickel aluminum bronze, which is suitable for seawater medium.
1、 Structure introduction
Lug type butterfly valve, also known as branch type butterfly valve, is a nickel aluminum bronze c95800 butterfly valve in the picture. It mainly uses seawater as medium, so it adopts three eccentric soft sealing structure. The sealing material of butterfly plate is PTFE, and the same material is rptfe, EPDM, NBR, etc.
Three eccentric butterfly valve features:
1. Short structure size, small volume, light weight, easy to operate
2. Using the whole shaft mechanism, the butterfly plate has high strength and large flow area
3. The unique three eccentric design reduces the friction loss of the seal and greatly prolongs the service life
